Unbeknownst to her, JASON, a bookish, slightly nervous guy around the same age as Diana, also reaches for the same book on the opposite end of the shelf. Their hands touch momentarily as they both reach for the same story, creating an instant connection.

(smiling)

Their eyes lock for a moment, and a spark passes between them. They both release a nervous laugh, breaking the tension.
